Everything was great, even so a few employees where very unhelpful. The room of this place was big and fancy with a bathtub.

Special clean hotel with excellent service and views of the urban. Excellent food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Staff was enthusiastic, room was updated and luxurious. Quick check in and friendly check out. Not to mention good wifi! Marvellous location adjacent to all the great restaurants and bars, and private parking.

I enjoyed the room with a beautiful fireplace, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Incredible location in general, courteous staff from the door to the reception desk. I came across Hodges, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, offered nice shots.

We liked this place. By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Cleveland, had much fun and met friendly professional and outstandingly helpful staff from the door to the reception desk. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, minute walk from a multi - purpose arena. The hotel was in a secure area, very close to a grocery store and downtown restaurants, stadiums, arena, and of course the R & R Hall of Fame.

Really good experience there. Modern hotel in an incredible location to many attractions in downtown Cleveland, attentive personal. Large bathroom, beautifully maintained, neat room. Generally good service with parking onsite. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many good places to eat and close to the Theater District. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom is roomy and the pressure in the shower is appreciated. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Complimentary tea and coffee are available in the morning, making for a good start to the day.

The valet parking can be quite expensive, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Greatly enjoyed my real good stay in September. All the staff were top-class, highly courteous. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with very comfortable beds when upgraded. Ate at the attached restaurant for breakfast.
